1. Organize and establish incoming inspection standards (including samples and specifications) according to the company's raw material categories, arrange SQE training and issue them to IQC for implementation and execution, and randomly check the effectiveness of IQC's execution of the standards.
2. Establish a PCB board first article inspection system and review whether the power, color temperature, and light efficiency consistency in the PCBA in the "First Inspection Report" meet the requirements.
3. Develop QC inspection engineering drawings for the SMT assembly process in the electronic workshop, and inspect and review the standardization and accuracy of the inspection quality of processes such as reflow SMT, plug soldering, board bonding, PCB functional testing, etc. in the "Electronic Workshop Inspection Form".
4. Establish a first piece inspection system for the assembly workshop, and review whether the lens specifications, sealing glue, wiring method, waterproof level, overall lamp emission angle, power, light efficiency, control method, etc. in the "First Inspection Report" meet the technical requirements.
5. Develop QC inspection engineering drawings for the assembly process of lighting fixtures in the assembly workshop, and review the quality of lens installation, PCB board assembly, copper lock installation, end cover installation, bracket installation, glass installation, leakage testing, semi-finished product testing, waterproof testing, and aging testing processes in the "Assembly Inspection Record Form".
6. Organize and establish finished product inspection standards according to lamp models, and review the FQC "Finished Product Inspection Report" to ensure that the lamp body color, lamp structure, power, color temperature, light efficiency, emission angle, lamp code control, waterproof testing, high and low temperature, and vibration testing meet the technical parameter requirements.
7. Approve the "Incoming Inspection Report" submitted by SQE, sign the final handling opinion of quality control, arrange for SQE to promptly issue the "Supplier Abnormal Feedback Form" and follow up on the progress of abnormal handling, and lead the handling of claims or deductions that cause losses to our company to suppliers.
8. Organize audits of new suppliers or suppliers that do not meet monthly standards, review SQE's Supplier Audit Report, fill out handling suggestions, and report to the General Manager.
9. Organize, adjudicate, and handle batch and major quality abnormalities that occur during the production process of lighting fixtures, arrange PQE to verify and confirm the effectiveness of corrective measures formulated by the responsible department, and ensure the smooth closure of the Quality Exception Report.
10. Lead and organize quality analysis meetings for major customer complaints or returned lighting fixtures, review the "Customer Complaint/Return Report" filled out by QA, sign and confirm, and submit it to the General Manager for approval.
